Adding a New Company

How to add a new company to your existing account.

Are you a safety consultant that manages multiple accounts? Maybe you have acquired another company and are keeping the original name on that company. You may be diversifying and are opening another company with a different name.

Whenever a different company name is being used, you will need to purchase a separate safety program for that company.

What’s nice about our platform is that you can have multiple companies under one login. You can toggle to each of the companies and each company will have its own specific company settings.

The process is easy. After logging in to your account, click the round, building icon at the top right, then click the Add New Company button in the dropdown.

You will go through the steps in the pop-up shown below to determine pricing. As a thank you, you will be provided with a 20% discount code for the first year’s subscription.

You can click Billing at the top to access payment information and receipts for all of the companies you have on your login. *Please note, we accept credit card for payment. We do not accept ACH, Checks, Apple Pay, etc.

To toggle between the companies you manage, click the round, building icon at the top and you will see the companies listed for you to click on.

You will also see the company you are currently working just to the left of the 3 round icons.
