So you need to change some things about your company but you aren't sure where to do that, no problem. Let's start at the dashboard. On the top right you will see three circle icons, you will want to click on the middle one that looks like a building.
That will show you a drop down with your company name, and if you manage more than one company you can select which one you want to work on. Click on Edit Company Settings
The Company Settings page is pretty self explanatory, but I will highlight a few things for you.

First, please note that you can only change your company name ONE TIME so please double check the spelling and capital letters before saving.

Second, the company logo MUST be uploaded in a png format.
You will see, just below the company name, is an area to add a company logo. Your logo will appear on Federal, State (CA, WA, MN), and Site Specific manuals. Click on the Choose File button and upload your logo.
Also on this page, is where you can update the address, phone number, safety director and safety administrator that was added when you downloaded your first document.
Farther down the page you will see the options to fill in company specific safety requirements, please note there is an English and Spanish box. This is safety information specific to your company or piece of equipment that you want notated in your safety manual. It will also be included in the Employee Handbook so that your employees can be trained on this information.
The Company Specific Safety Requirements are optional when you have content you want to add that goes beyond the OSHA requirements covered in your manual. For example, this is a good place to note that you have a 100% hard hat rule on your job sites/at your facility. If you're not sure what to add here, we recommend leaving it blank.
