In our safety management platform, you have access to different types of manuals. The two main manuals are the Federal OSHA manual and the three state manuals for CA, WA and MN since these states have their own OSHA.

These two types of manuals are accessed by clicking Safety Programs at the top and then clicking Program Dashboard in the dropdown menu.

On that page, you will see the Federal, State, and Site Specific buttons. You will see those buttons listed in the Document Center widget on the right. (The Site Specific button is addressed in 2 other articles entitled: Site Specific Safety Program and Site Specific Plan Tips and Additional Information).

Choose the one you need and be sure to notice the languages available as many come in English and Spanish. The Federal button will show the English and Spanish versions of this manual , which is good for the 47 states not mentioned above.

The State button will offer a search box to access the three state OSHA manuals along with 20 state references that pertain to other state requirements in addition to the Federal requirements. Be sure to do a search of your state to see if it has requirements. If your state does not come up, your state works off of the Federal standards only. Most state plans and requirements are in English and Spanish as well.
