Training Manual
In this area we also have training manuals that coincide with the Federal, California, Minnesota and Washington state safety plans.
The training manual will help with understanding what employees should be trained on along with blank certificates for training and retraining.
In this manual there is also complete information on getting an employee certified in the use of a forklift as long as you have a competent person that is already certified in the forklift being trained on.
Training Cards
There are wallet cards for forklifts and other equipment that can be printed at the end of the manual as well as being available under the training cards button on this page.
Most of the Training Cards listed in this section are printable wallet cards that operators can carry to prove they successfully completed OSHA-compliant training. The Training Certificate, on the other hand, is a blank standard paper size certificate that can be downloaded and completed for any of your offline training needs.
