Starting at the Billing page there is a box for subscriptions, but under that there is a box for managing your orders:
There are two icons at the end of the row: view order and download receipt. When you select the receipt icon a document will be generated:
If you need to request a refund you can do that in the Manage Your Orders area. Please keep in mind that the refund request icon will disappear after 60 days as that is the end to our money-back guarantee. If you are within your 60 days, a pop up will show when you click on the icon:
Fill it out and PLEASE let us know why you would like a refund.
