Are you looking for information regarding your subscription(s)? Let's have a look around and learn all that we can about the subscription page.
First, after you are logged in select the Billing tab:
Once there, you will see a Subscriptions box.
Let's examine everything it has.
The first thing highlighted in blue is the ID number
When you click on the ID number you will be taken to a page containing that specific subscription:
You can choose to manage your subscription from this page by updating a payment method, opting in to auto-renewal, checking your address, renewing early and even canceling if that is what you need to do. *Please note, we accept credit card for payment. We do not accept ACH, Checks, Apple Pay, etc.
By clicking on the Orders & Subscriptions button you will return to the Billing page.
When viewing the details on the billing page you will see different options to the right. Any additional information is provided by hovering over the blue circle with the "i" or the eye icon.
If at any time you have a question, scroll to the bottom of the page and use one of the options I have circled:
The Click Here button will create a pop up to fill out so a member of our team can get back to you. The smaller icon to the right will start a chat. Please remember that our business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm ET. During these hours our AI bot will ask for information to better help you, but you can always ask for one of our team members as well. During our off hours our AI bot will be available to help and a team member can follow up during the next business day if needed.
