Company Managers can now get access to billing information!
Why This Matters
Before now, only Account Owners could see billing details. This meant Managers had to wait for Owners to help them get invoices or check when a plan would renew. This caused slowdowns and extra work for everyone.
How to Set It Up
For New Team Members:
Under the "My Team" section, select the "Quick Add" option
After entering the name to be added, select Company Manager as their role.
Options to select "Billing Access" will appear after selecting the Company Manager role. A small tip on the screen will explain how the default settings work.
For Current Managers: You can update permissions for Managers you already have. You can do this using a new tool in the Billing section by choosing a manager from the drop down and selecting Add Access
or by editing their profile under My Team.
You Are Still in Control Even though Managers can now help, Owners still have the final say. You can choose to block them from making big changes, such as:
Changing how the company pays (payment methods).
Switching to a different subscription plan.
Canceling the subscription.
For security reasons, this feature is only for Managers. Regular Employees and Subcontractors cannot get billing access.
