Whether you’re in the office or on a job, you can pull up real-time information in the online compliance tracking system using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Jobsite/Workplace Forms can be found under Compliance Tracking.
You can complete forms directly within the system by clicking on "Start New Form." Once forms are submitted, you are unable to edit the information within it.
You can also assign forms to managers and employees to fill out within the system under their account login.
If you need to create a printable form please refer to the Printable Forms article.
*Please note, once a form is created it is currently not able to be deleted or archived.
