If you recently had an ISNetworld topic that was not approved or is not available within the OWYN Safety Dashboard, there are a few reasons as to why this may have happened.
1. The wrong program was submitted. It is important to double check and make sure that the program title being requested is the same program that was submitted. There are a few topic titles that are close so you will want to make sure that you have downloaded and submitted the correct one (Example - Benzene and Benzene Awareness). In addition, please make sure you are only using topics available in the ISNetworld section of your OWYN Safety account. These are the only program types guaranteed to meet ISNetworld's requirements.
2. The questions were answered incorrectly. We provide an Answer Key to assist with answering the questions related to each written program topic that you submit. Double check to make sure that the program title on the Answer Key matches the program that you submitted (similar to #1, some program titles are close so they can be easily mixed up).
3. Program Update Needed. We are not directly affiliated with ISNetworld so we rely on our clients to notify us when topics are not approved. It is possible that ISNetworld has added/updated requirements and our programs need to also be updated to reflect these changes. If neither #1 or #2 apply, it is likely an update is needed. We will need you to export the questions and email a copy of those as well as the program you submitted to [email protected].
4. New Program Topic. If you don't see that a topic is available within the OWYN Safety Dashboard, it is likely that this is a new topic being requested from ISNetworld. Please export the questions from ISNetworld's website and send an email to [email protected]. Our program writers will review the information and we will let you know if this is a topic we will be developing.
NOTE: When looking at the topic in your ISNetworld account, you will see an “Export” button that will provide the requirements of the topic to be written or updated.
